How do I cancel my subscription?
All subscriptions are managed directly by Apple. To cancel, go to your iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions, find StudioAI and select "Cancel".
How do I delete my account and data?
You can delete your account and all associated data directly within the app. Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account and confirm the action. This operation is irreversible.
Where is my data stored?
Your study materials and progress are stored locally on your device for fast access and synchronized with our secure Firebase database to allow access from multiple devices and recovery.
What if the AI makes a mistake?
StudioAI uses state-of-the-art language models, but AI can occasionally produce inaccuracies. We recommend using the generated materials as a study aid and verifying critical information against your original sources.
Do you support other languages?
Our CEFR learning paths currently focus on major European languages. However, you can use the Studio feature with any language supported by our AI models (including French, German, Japanese, and more).
